Not a workflow engine, a Claude skill. Claude itself drives the browser, the state registry, the skip-trace API, and the spreadsheet: it scrapes Yellow Pages for owner-operated businesses, finds the legal owner, traces their personal cell and email, writes a cold-call opener, and delivers a dialer-ready list in Close CRM.
Every run starts by reading the one cumulative master spreadsheet, the source of truth. Claude reconstructs where things stand (which sectors are done, which metros are covered, what worklists are pending) before asking a single question, so it only asks what the data can’t answer.
Claude drives Chrome to scrape Yellow Pages listings for the sector and city, filters out chains, too-young shops, and no-phone rows, then dedups against both the master sheet and Close CRM, no business is ever pulled or paid for twice. Dropped rows are logged with a reason, never silently discarded.
The YP number rings a front desk. So Claude looks up the legal owner in the state business registry, cross-references the owner’s name to find their residential address, and skip-traces it through Tracerfy for a direct cell and personal email, then scrubs every number against Do-Not-Call lists.
Each prospect gets a 0–100 reachability-weighted score and a tailored cold-call opener written in Trent’s voice. The block is appended to the master sheet, qualified leads are pushed to Close as dialer-ready contacts, and the batch closes with a full session summary. Then the next block of 25 begins.
