Drop raw photos of thrifted finds in a folder and the pipeline does the rest: groups shots into items, identifies each one Lens-first, prices it off real sold comps, and builds crosslisting drafts on Flyp for Poshmark, Facebook, Etsy, and eBay, with a paper trail of every identification and pricing call.
Claude walks the shooting sequence to find item boundaries, renames every image with an item slug, then identifies each piece: Google Lens on the clearest photo first, and a legible maker’s mark beats everything. Every ID gets a High / Medium / Low confidence grade, a best guess with a flag beats no guess.
Comps run ONLY after the ID is pinned down, searching eBay solds for exactly that maker and pattern, never browsing ten million lookalikes. The median sold price meets the house shipping rules ($35+ ships free) to set the list price.
The browser builds each listing on Flyp, title, description, photos, price, all four marketplace forms, and saves as draft only; Dana reviews and publishes. Confirmed items’ photos move to the Listed folder, everything lands in the run log, and the incoming folder doubles as the to-do list for the next session.
