Every weekday at 7 AM ET, one email lands: yesterday’s inbox summarized, this week’s calendar laid out, and, for every message that deserves an answer, a reply already drafted and linked, waiting in Gmail.
Brand and recipient configs set the voice and audience, then the flow computes a 24-hour lookback window, pulls every email from the last day, and fetches the full week’s calendar. Both are compacted into clean, token-efficient summaries before any AI sees them.
Claude reads the aggregated inbox and flags which emails actually warrant a reply. Each candidate loops through a dedicated drafting call; the reply is saved as a Gmail draft on its thread and annotated with a direct link, so the digest can point you straight at it. Nothing is auto-sent.
Drafts, email summaries, and the week’s events feed one final Claude call that composes a branded HTML briefing: what happened, what’s coming, and which drafts are ready for one-click review. It lands in the inbox weekday mornings at 7 AM ET, Monday through Friday.
